Corazon de Esperanza is the recipient of a time-sensitive contribution to our Building Campaign. A $25,000 Matching Funds Challenge is now underway from one of our donors. Between now and December 31, 2012, the grant will instantly match every donation dollar we collect — no matter if you contribute $3, $30, $300, $3,000 or more! Your donation now goes even further. Even if you have donated to Corazon de Esperanza earlier in the year, we ask that you kindly consider sending an additional amount to help us meet the challenge and obtain these matching funds for our building campaign. The first two floors of our building are headed for completion on December 26, 2012. We are currently raising funds to pay off the $150,000 loan we took to complete the first phase. Our project is the first transitional home in northern Peru focused on youth emancipating from orphanages. This part of our building will house up to 12 young ladies who are in need of transitional services, as well as house our offices and volunteers.
